Blue Pool & Spa were professional and easy to communicate with throughout the whole process. They stuck to the contract price with no hidden costs, delivered the pool on time, and the overall standard of work was very good. Happy to recommend them.

Blue Pools did a superb job on our pool and spa and we recommend Jean wholeheartedly. He designed a beautiful pool for a small and slightly difficult space, and managed every step of installation so professionally. He worked well with our builder who was managing a long renovation so that the pool build fit efficiently into their work programme. Our builder will also be recommending Jean in any future projects he works on with a pool. Blue pools was competitively priced but the quality throughout was excellent. Great choice of tiles and they were expertly laid. The cleaning and filtration system is working beautifully to keep the pool clean with minimal input. Can’t recommend highly enough.

From our first meeting through to handover day, we have had full confidence in John and his team of highly skilled trades people who together, have transformed our backyard into a beautiful suburban pool oasis for our family to enjoy for decades. He understood our brief and had the knowledge, experience and attention to detail to guide us to new ideas along the way to help achieve our vision, which we needed and trusted, given we are first time pool owners. It is such a quality investment and we are thrilled with the result. Thank you John and your team of wonderful people :)

We had a pool installed by Blue Pools and they were very professional and clean. I also found Jean to be very knowledgeable and helpful with the running of the pool and the latest equipment. Our pool looks and feels amazing and has changed our space into a tranquil paradise. We love using it in summer everyday, and in Winter just looking at it, makes me feel like I am on holiday everyday. The colour of our pool tiles was a great fit with our Alfresco area and I was really impressed with the water colour once pool was filled. Overall we are very happy with the end result. It adds more value to our house.

Jean is the best of pool business. I have had my pool built by Jean this year. From planning , excavation ,tiling , everything processed with him. Jean actually gives me opinion about what colour it will look like once it's built. style to match my building as well. He professionally managed everything until you get your pool certificate. It was nice to work with Jean. I will choose and recommend Jean for pool build again and again.

Very professional and on time service from the first point of contact and right through the entire process. Great quality and no short cuts. Jean has always been most professional and approachable and attended to any concerns very promptly and goes the distance to help the client. We have been more than happy with him and the end product. I highly recommend Jean and his company.

Five stars for Blue Pools and Jean! Highly recommend!

I absolutely LOVE the pool that Jean designed and that Blue Pools built for us. I spoke with multiple other pool companies before going with Blue Pools and can confirm that the professionalism, communication and overall cost of a pool with Blue Pools is far better then anything else out there!

I am so thankful to Jean for his advise and recommendations on so many aspects of our pool, he really is the pool expert! His ideas for the shape of our pool (he took into consideration the slight angle of our block of land), the colour of the tiles, the filter system (he recommended a freshwater pool system due to our families allergies) were so considered and they have resulted in us having the most incredible pool and we could not be happier.

I feel like Jean was invested in us having the best possible pool for our space and needs. Other pool companies we spoke with didn't have this level of care.

Jean's communication was also so much better than any other company I spoke with and he was super patient with me and all the million questions I had along the way!

If you're looking to get a pool, get it with Blue Pools!

After getting quotes from a number of companies prior to construction of our house build went with Blue Pools as their level of service was excellent and provided more detail of the scope of work than the others which gave us confidence in them. The house build was on a subdivision and had we gone with some of the other companies that provided us quotes - we've since learnt we never would have been able to build the pool recommended and designed by Blue Pools which maximized the best use of our space and designed to fit the lay of our angled plot. We had some pool companies providing quotes for pools that didn't even take into account easements on the property and also they thought they'd be able to build the pool after construction which would have been impossible.

Jean and his team were excellent, and we couldn't be happier with the end result. We also worked with Portrait Landscapes which they recommended to finish the ground work around the pool and again couldn't be happier. Highly recommend! Also definitely recommend the fresh water filter!

Jean Michelet replaced my old liner in my inground pool and did a fantastic job. It was better than i expected and looks wonderful. After some hiccups out of his control, he was professional, friendly and worked hard. I would use his services again and highly recommend his business.
